The Koudounistra.gr online store delivers orders throughout Greece and Cyprus.

Products are shipped to the delivery address or collection point selected during checkout.

Depending on the type, weight and dimensions of the products, orders are shipped using one of the following methods:

Delivery with Speedex Courier

Standard-sized products are shipped with Speedex Courier to the delivery address entered during checkout.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier company, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment.

If you are not available at the delivery address, the courier company may contact you or leave a notification with instructions for arranging a new delivery or collecting the parcel from the nearest Speedex branch.

Delivery with BOX NOW

For selected products that comply with the permitted weight and size specifications, delivery through BOX NOW is available.

During checkout, you can select the BOX NOW Locker that is most convenient for you. Once the parcel has been placed in the locker, you will receive a message containing the collection code and the relevant instructions.

The BOX NOW delivery option is displayed during checkout only for products and orders that can be accommodated in a locker.

Delivery of Bulky Products by Transport Company

Bulky or heavy products, such as baby and children’s furniture, beds, mattresses and other large items, are delivered by a transport company.

Delivery by a transport company is made to the ground floor of the delivery address and does not include transportation to an upper floor, assembly or installation of the product.

If the local transport agency does not provide home delivery, or provides it only at an additional charge, collection may need to take place from the agency’s local warehouse.

Any additional services or charges imposed by the local transport agency are payable by the recipient and must be agreed directly with the transport company.

Shipping Costs within Greece

Orders with a total value of more than €50.00 are delivered free of charge within Greece, subject to the exclusions stated below.

For orders with a total value below €50.00, the shipping charge is €3.50.

Free shipping may not apply to:

• Bulky or heavy products.
• Products from the Baby and Children’s Room category.
• Furniture, beds and mattresses.
• Spare parts.
• Selected discounted or promotional products.

The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically according to the products included in the order and the selected shipping method. The final charge is displayed in the shopping cart before the order is completed.

Shipping to Cyprus

Orders delivered to Cyprus are not eligible for free shipping.

The shipping charge is calculated according to the weight, volume and type of products included in the order. The available shipping cost is displayed during checkout.

For bulky or particularly heavy products, prior contact may be required in order to calculate the transportation cost.

Dispatch and Delivery Time

Available products are usually prepared and dispatched within 1 to 5 working days, from Monday to Friday.

This period refers to the preparation of the order and its handover to the courier or transport company. The total delivery time depends on the destination, the selected shipping method and the delivery network of the respective carrier.

During sales periods, promotional campaigns, periods of increased demand or when products need to be transferred between our storage facilities, additional preparation time may be required.

For products that are available upon order or have a different estimated delivery time, the timeframe stated on the respective product page applies.

In the event that a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to inform you about the status and further processing of your order.
