Payment Methods
For the security of your transactions, Koudounistra.gr cooperates with Viva.com, which provides a secure environment for completing electronic payments.
You can pay for your order using the payment method that best suits you:
1. Cash on Delivery
You can pay in cash when your order is delivered by the courier company.
The cash-on-delivery service has an additional charge of €2.00 and is available for orders with a total value of up to €400.00.
This option is displayed only when it is available for the specific order and selected shipping method. Prepayment or a deposit may be required for bulky products delivered by a transport company.
2. Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card
You can pay by credit, debit or prepaid card through the secure payment environment of Viva.com.
Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Discover and Diners Club.
For purchases made by credit card, you can pay:
- In up to 6 interest-free instalments for purchases over €10.00.
- In up to 12 interest-free instalments for purchases over €500.00.
The available instalment options depend on the card and its issuing bank and are displayed before the payment is completed.
3. Klarna – 3 Interest-Free Instalments without a Credit Card
You can pay for your purchase in 3 interest-free instalments through Klarna, using a supported debit or credit card.
The payment is processed through the Viva.com payment environment. Approval of the transaction is carried out by Klarna in accordance with its terms and eligibility criteria.
4. IRIS
You can pay instantly through IRIS.
By selecting IRIS, you are redirected to your bank’s secure online environment, where you complete the payment directly from your bank account.
IRIS payments are processed through Viva.com.
5. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay
You can pay through:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Samsung Pay
The relevant option is displayed during payment, provided it is supported by your device, bank and card.
These payments are processed through Viva.com.
6. PayPal
You can pay for your order through your personal PayPal account, using any supported card or available balance linked to your account.
By selecting PayPal, you are redirected to the secure PayPal environment to complete the payment.
7. Bank Transfer
You can pay for your order by bank deposit or transfer to one of the following accounts.
Payment must be completed within 3 working days from the date the order is placed. Otherwise, the order may be cancelled and the products released.

Any bank transfer fees are payable exclusively by the sender. Order preparation begins once the payment has been confirmed.
8. Deposit for Special Orders
A deposit or full prepayment may be required for personalised or specially manufactured products, such as furniture with custom options or mattresses made to specific dimensions.
Once production or the special-order process has begun, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.
This provision does not restrict the consumer’s statutory rights in the event of a defective or incorrect product.
Transaction Security
Payments by card, Klarna, IRIS, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay are processed through the secure payment environment of Viva.com.
Koudounistra.gr does not receive or store the full card number or card security code.
