1. Introduction

The www. koudounistra. gr is a "Website" and the "Online Shop" for the exhibition and sale of products (baby & children's items) via the Internet, which is owned by the Greek limited liability company "MARIA SOKALI & Co. " and the distinctive title "KSP KID" located in Athens, 100 Mesogeion Street, Marousi 15125 in Greece (Tax ID: 800908038 Tax ID: Marousi).

The present General Terms and Conditions of use of the website and purchase of products/services of our online store (hereinafter the "Terms of Use and Transactions" or the "Terms of Use"), define the terms and conditions of your browsing and use of our website and our online store and govern the sales contract concluded between us for the purchase of products from our online store. Before entering our online store we invite you to consult our Terms of Use and Transactions and make sure you agree with them. In case of disagreement with any of these Terms of Use, you must not take any action on our Website or our online store, including simply browsing it. However, any action you take in our online store, such as browsing it, subscribing to our Company's newsletter, or purchasing our products, is considered as unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use and Transactions.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew these Terms of Use at its sole discretion and/or when the modification is required by law, possibly without prior notice to you, but always within the limits of business ethics and the limits set by law. The Company undertakes to inform you of any modifications and any changes through the Website. Any amendments will be effective from the date of their posting on this Website. It is clarified that any change to these Terms of Use does not cover orders that you have already carried out in our online store, before the entry into force of the amendments in accordance with the above. The use of www. koudounistra. gr after the aforementioned amendment is considered as acceptance of the Terms of Use, as amended.

Your use of this Website and any transaction in our online store is at your sole risk.

A. Provision of information

The information provided by this Website is complete, true, valid and updated, whether it relates to our identity or to the products/services provided by our online store. The above guarantees are subject to any technical or typographical errors, which cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally or due to interruptions in the operation of this website or due to force majeure. Www. koudounistra. gr has taken all the necessary technical and other means in order to update immediately the available quantity and sizes of our products, however, it reserves an express reservation regarding the validity of the quantities and sizes of the products available in the online store, since the update may take place within one (1) hour from the moment of their modification.

B. Membership Registration

Your registration as a Member at www. koudounistra. gr is not necessary in order to make a purchase from our online store. The registration process is quick and simple: after you add a product to the cart and choose to continue to checkout, the system will automatically guide you to register as a new Member. By entering your requested personal information (first and last name, address, postal code of your current primary residence, telephone number, valid email address and acceptance of these Terms of Use and Transactions, you become a Member of www. koudounistra. gr and we open your own Member Account. Registration and membership is free of charge, it is personal, irrevocable and inalienable. You are responsible for the information you provide to us and www. koudounistra. gr relies solely on your statements regarding your personal information. The personal information you provide us when you register as a Member, our Company processes them exclusively for the purpose of (a) creating your Account at www.koudounistra.gr through which you can track the progress of your order, the history of your transactions at www.koudounistra.gr etc., (b) our communication with you regarding our transactions (eg to ensure the possibility of communicating with you, for the completion, dispatch and delivery of your order, for the payment and our secure financial transaction) and (c) to send you informational, advertising and promotional material regarding our Company's products and services, including its partnerships with third parties, to the information you provided. Regarding the collection and processing of your personal data, the terms and provisions of the Privacy Policy of www.koudounistra.gr apply.

Your Account

The information entered during your registration as a Member must be complete, true and up-to-date. In case of information change, the Member is obliged to immediately inform www.koudounistra.gr of his new information so that it is always complete and true. By registering in accordance with the above, you give your express consent to the collection and processing of your data based on these Terms of Use and Transactions and the Privacy Policy of www.koudounistra.grr which Terms and Policies you declare to have read , fully and unconditionally understand and accept. You have the possibility to withdraw your consent at any time for the collection and processing of your personal data that you have granted us in accordance with the above, by deleting a member by sending a relevant email to the address info@koudounistra.gr. You have the possibility, at any time, to have access to your data, or you can also at any time request the immediate deletion or correction of your data, their temporary non-use by www.koudounistra.gr, their blocking or non-transmission, following the same process of emailing us as above. In any case, your information is kept by our Company only for as long as you are a registered Member of www.koudounistra.gr. Your personal data is not communicated to any third party and is managed exclusively by our company.

All your personal information, which is collected through the special electronic form of www.koudounistra.gr, is absolutely necessary for the performance of the above services and your registration indicates your full consent.

C. Subscription to Newsletter

Your registration in our Company's newsletter is done at your own discretion and is not a mandatory procedure for making a purchase from our Online Store or for the provision of our other services, including your simple browsing of our Website.

Your registration for our Company's newsletter service is completed by entering your email address in the corresponding field on our page. By completing your registration, you give us your express consent for our Company to send you informational and promotional material about its products and services, as well as related advertising messages.

The www.koudounistra.gr is not responsible if the newsletters are not delivered to their destination, although it makes every effort with the ISP's (Internet Service providers) for their delivery. Newsletters may end up in the spam folder, so please check regularly that they are not stored there. In the event that you no longer wish to receive informative newsletters or wish to be completely unsubscribed from the news sending system of www.koudounistra.gr, you can inform us using the contact form on the Website or through the corresponding link that appears in our informative emails that you receive . www.koudounistra.gr uses a provider (3rd party company) for the identification (tracking) of the recipients of the newsletters. It does not hand over information about your name, surname, home address or other personal data to third parties.

D. Making a Purchase through the Online Store

1. Order

1.1 Completion – Order Confirmation

Use the categories found in the main MENU of our page, navigate through it and find what you are looking for.

Check the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the "SHOPPING CART" link located in the upper right part of the website. You can use the "DELETE FROM CART" button to remove products from your cart before completing your order. Click the "COMPLETE ORDER" button to complete your purchase.

To be able to complete your first order you must register as a new Member. During the completion of your order the system will automatically guide you through the very simple and quick registration process.

The prices listed on our products include VAT. and are considered final if they are delivered within Greece.

Immediately before clicking on the "Order" button, which is the last step to complete your order, you will be automatically informed that by submitting the order you have the obligation to pay the amount corresponding to it. If you agree, press the "Order" button and submit it to our online store. By submitting your order in accordance with the above, the www.koudounistra.gr system will automatically send you a message to the email account you have registered with us when registering as a Member, which will notify you that we have received the order, it will list the products you have ordered and all the terms of the order. From this point on, you do not need to do anything else until you receive your products.

When the order is delivered to the courier company we cooperate with (Table II.D.3) or another cooperating company, you will receive a new email message that will indicate the waybill/shipment number. With this number you can track the progress of your order until it reaches the delivery location you have indicated in your order.

1.1.1. Offer Exclusions

From the offers, which www.koudounistra.gr makes from time to time, products that are already at a discounted price do not participate.

1.2 Order Tracking

You can see the "Status" of your order at any time by going to the "MY ACCOUNT" link. If your order has been delivered to the carrier, you can find out where your parcel is by means of the waybill number, which is posted on the "MY ACCOUNT" page.

1.3 Cancellation / Modification of Order

The order can be canceled in the following cases:

Before completing the order:

Before submitting your order in accordance with the above, you have the possibility to technically "back" and remove the quantities of products from your basket that you do not wish to order by pressing the "remove" button.

After completing the order but before receiving the products:

(a) You have the right to cancel the order after it has been completed in the event that the delivery of the ordered product(s) is delayed.

(b) If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order by sending an email to orders@koudounistra.gr or by calling 210 68 23 334 10:00-19:00, Monday to Friday & 10:00-15:00 on Saturday.

After receiving the product:

(a) Any refusal by you to receive your products upon delivery by the transport Company is equivalent to withdrawal, the exercise of which is subject to the provisions of Section II.D.5 below. In any case, we inform you that in the event of withdrawal at the time of receipt in accordance with the above, www.koudounistra.gr records the event in a special file with the consequence that the next time you make a purchase from our online store, you will be charged costs transportation, as detailed below.

(b) After receiving the product, the order is canceled by exercising the Right of Withdrawal.

2. Delivery of Products

2.1 Method and Time of Delivery

Delivery dates and times: The delivery days of your products are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm for the whole of Greece and for abroad the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply.

Product delivery time: Without prejudice to what is expressly defined in these Terms of Use and Transactions, your orders are delivered to Attica, Thessaloniki, Patras and other large urban cities within two to four (2-4) working days, within three to six ( 3-6) working days in the rest of Greece and within ten (10) working days in other foreign countries.

The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport and delivery times. In this case www.koudounistra.gr cooperates with specific courier and transport companies.

In case you want a transport company of your preference with which www.koudounistra.gr does not cooperate, then the transport costs are charged to you regardless of the value of the order and the place/time of delivery. In this case, www.koudounistra.gr bears no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your products.

2.2 Delivery Delay

Our Company makes every effort for the timely and appropriate delivery of your products, however we reserve the right that the delivery of your product(s) may be delayed in the event that (a) the product is delayed in being sent by the our supplier due to e.g. being stuck at customs or in transit, force majeure etc., resulting in us not having it in our warehouses when we calculate, (b) the product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available due to a sudden and unannounced announcement by the supplier about cancellation of the product in question, (c) there is an event of force majeure such as indicative extreme weather phenomena, strikes, or any other event outside our sphere of influence and control which may affect the transportation and delivery of your order.

In the above cases we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver the order without the product that is delayed or unavailable, or to suggest an alternative, or to inform you of the delivery time of the product that is not immediate available.

In case you are not satisfied with our proposal, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in its entirety and to return any money you have paid, in any case to give you the alternatives available to our Company. In case of delay, you can contact our Company at 2106823334 or at the email address orders@koudounistra.gr where you can declare your withdrawal of the whole order or part of it.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipments within Greece are NOT subject to shipping costs, as long as the value of your order exceeds fifty (€50.00) Euros. If your order value is less than fifty (€50.00) Euro, this is charged with three euros and twenty-five minutes (€3.25) for shipments throughout Greece.

4. Payment Methods

4.1 Cash on Delivery Method

Payment upon receipt of the order. When the courier company employee comes to your place to deliver your products, you pay the value of your order in cash. The cost for the cash on delivery service amounts to one euro and forty minutes (€1.40) and applies to orders up to four hundred euros (€400.00).

4.2 Payment by credit card

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification by Lets Encrypt, Inc.) which guarantee a secure transaction environment in more than 500 of the world's largest companies. The completion of your card information (card number, expiry date, CCV) is done in the secure environment of the National Bank with the support of 3D Secure technology. www.koudounistra.gr does not receive your card details in any way. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Personal Data Protection Policy and the Cookies Policy of www.koudounistra.gr.

In case the order has been entered electronically by selecting pickup from the store, the legitimate cardholder must present his/her identity upon receipt of the order.

If you wish your paid order to be received by a different person, you must inform us of the name and ID number of the recipient by leaving a note in the special field "customer notes" when entering your order or

by sending us an email from the email address you entered in your order or

For orders that exceed the cost of 10,00€ and using your credit card, you have the option to pay your order in 6 interest-free installments.

For orders that exceed the cost of 500,00€ and using your credit card, you have the option to pay your order in 12 interest-free installments.

4. 3 Payment via PayPal

Payment with PayPal is made under the strict transaction terms imposed by PayPal.

In case the order has been entered electronically by selecting pickup from the store, the legal owner of the Paypal account must present his/her identity upon receipt.

4. 4 Payment by bank deposit

Payment can be made to a bank account of www. koudounistra.gr at no extra cost. After placing your order, you must proceed with the deposit within 3 working days, otherwise the order will be cancelled and the products will be released.
