The BASIC ALTO bed is a timeless children’s bed featuring elegant Scandinavian-style railings on all four sides, ensuring a minimalist aesthetic and maximum safety for your child.

• Slatted mattress base

• Detachable front railing (universal – mountable on either side)
• Complete assembly kit: screws, dowels & eco-friendly water-based glue

🪵 Materials:

• Made of selected pine wood (Class 1) – strong, knot-free, and durable
• Hand and machine sanded – smooth finish with rounded edges
• Coated with odourless, hypoallergenic, child-safe water-based paint



🛠️ Frame:

• Includes spring slats, each fitting into designated pockets
• For sizes 200x120 cm and 200x140 cm, slats are flat and solid wood
• Frame elements:
• 90x20 mm main structure
• Legs: 45x65 mm, standard height 10 cm
• – Optional raised legs (19.5 cm) or flat base available

🛡️ Railings:

• Railings on all sides for safety
• Detachable front railing
• Standard length: ½ bed length
• Optional: extended to ⅔ bed length
• Railing height from bed base: 33 cm
• Slat gap: approx. 5 cm

📐 Dimensions & Notes:

• Add +9 cm to length & width for total outer dimensions
• (e.g., 200x90 mattress → 209x99 cm total bed size)
• Vertical beam height: approx. 53 cm
• Mattress sits 3 cm inside the frame
• With a 10 cm mattress, sleep height is approx. 27 cm
• Maximum load: 100 kg
• Some visible holes are technical/functional (for railing installation)
